We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead complex SAP and IT transformation
programs for our clients. This is a direct employment opportunity, we are not seeking contract or third-party resources
at this time. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP delivery expertise, proven project management leadership, and
strong client-facing skills in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Leadership
Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise technology projects across multiple functional and
technical domains.
Oversee multi-module SAP teams (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and ensure seamless solution integration.
Lead project governance, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and change control.
Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks and industry best practices.
Contribute thought leadership in SAP architecture, delivery methodology, and transformation planning.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary executive contact for clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
Manage stakeholder expectations and conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and
project reporting.
Identify opportunities for account growth and continued service excellence.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams, establishing a culture of high performance, accountability, and
collaboration.
Mentor project managers, team leads, and consultants to build internal delivery capability.
Collaborate with sales, pursuit teams, and practice leadership in pre-sales activities and solution shaping.
Financial & Operational Management
Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, margins, and resourcing.
Track KPIs and delivery performance, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
Manage third-party vendors and partner services as applicable.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of IT experience, including extensive leadership in SAP project delivery.
Strong understanding of multiple SAP modules and cross-functional integration points.
Proven project management experience with successful delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream
programs.
Consulting or professional services experience is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to travel within Canada as required.
Eligibility: Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
