Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time 

Work location: 2233 Argentia Road, East Tower, Suite 302, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N2X7, Canada.

Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week 

Language of work: English

Salary range: CAD $110,000 per annum

Start date: As soon as possible

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the company’s Salesforce CRM and Epicor ERP systems for the Canadian operations. 
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance of customized workflows and data models across systems. 
  • Implement system enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency for business processes. 
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce and Epicor configurations, customizations, and integrations. 
  • Apply employer-specific knowledge of proprietary workflows, automation, and internal data architecture. 
  • Use client-specific knowledge to ensure project alignment with Canadian business requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Provide guidance on system best practices and governance for CRM and ERP processes. 
  • Conduct testing, validation, and documentation for new system features and changes. 
  • Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer, reducing project risk and minimizing disruption to Canadian operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, information systems or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science is preferred.
  • Certification or training required in Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Technical skills required: VS Code, Ant Migration, Azure Deployment, Developer Console, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
  • Epicor Development experience is preferred
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Analytic, problem solving, and critical thinking skill set required
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
