Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time
Work location: 2233 Argentia Road, East Tower, Suite 302, Mississauga, Ontario, L5N2X7, Canada.
Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week

Salary range: CAD $110,000 per annum
Start date: As soon as possible

Duties and responsibilities:
- Support and enhance the company’s Salesforce CRM and Epicor ERP systems for the Canadian operations.
- Ensure seamless integration and performance of customized workflows and data models across systems.
- Implement system enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency for business processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce and Epicor configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Apply employer-specific knowledge of proprietary workflows, automation, and internal data architecture.
- Use client-specific knowledge to ensure project alignment with Canadian business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on system best practices and governance for CRM and ERP processes.
- Conduct testing, validation, and documentation for new system features and changes.
- Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer, reducing project risk and minimizing disruption to Canadian operations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, information systems or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science is preferred.
- Certification or training required in Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Technical skills required: VS Code, Ant Migration, Azure Deployment, Developer Console, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
- Epicor Development experience is preferred
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Analytic, problem solving, and critical thinking skill set required
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
