Own and lead the Veeva Practice (CRM, Vault, Commercial Cloud).
• Define practice strategy, roadmap, and growth plans.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Veeva CRM & Vault implementations.

Engage with clients for pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and demos.
• Build, mentor, and scale Veeva technical & functional teams.
• Ensure best practices, governance, and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, and capability development.
• Stay updated with Veeva releases, features, and Life Sciences trends.
Required Skills & Attributes:
• 8-10 years in Veeva / Salesforce ecosystem.
• Veeva / Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong experience with Veeva CRM, Vault (Quality/Clinical/Regulatory).
• Life Sciences domain expertise (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech).
• Experience in practice building, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Presales, estimations, and proposal support experience.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Consulting experience or working with distributed teams is a plus.
