SAP Solutions Lead. Manage all activities related to SAP projects assigned. Ensure that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. Manage subordinate team members in groups of varying sizes. Provide inputs in developing solutions to meet the business requirements as well as budgets. Oversee all tasks related to project management and execution including programming, testing, documenting, resolving escalated issues, and coordinate with other departments. Perform requirements gathering Planning & Budgeting: perform current state system analysis, define system strategies, define project plan and phases, and determine resource allocation and provide project estimates. Develop Solutions and programs. Provide demo of the technical solution. Test, Issue Resolution and Documentation. Project tracking and reporting. Write clear documentation and reports, assessing operational impacts, providing estimates, ensuring operational acceptance, developing, and improving support processes and solutions. Compliance and Risk management. Requires Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field plus 5 years of experience with SAP solutions and knowledge of configuration activities for SAP SD, MM, PP, QM & WM modules –both functional and ABAP related. Expertise with best practices on SAP Supply Chain Management modules. Expertise on M&A integration on SAP platform. Familiarity with SAP User exits (BADIs / BAPIs) and ABAP programing, as well as ALE, EDI, FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, JDBC, RFC, Webservice, XML, XSLT, SMTP, REST technologies.
