Qualifications & Experience
• 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including 8+ years in Project/Program Management roles.
• Strong functional background in SAP Logistics (MM/SD/PP) and/or SAP EWM, with a clear career
progression into project leadership.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs,
ideally in S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership across all project phases: Blueprint, Design, Build, SIT, UAT,
Cutover/Conversion, Go-Live & Hypercare.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, global, and distributed teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAP Activate are considered strong assets.
• Open to travel to client site in India and abroad as needed.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager with deep functional expertise in Logistics and/or Extended
Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead critical initiatives within our SAP S/4HANA program. This role will
manage delivery across both the Logistics/EWM team for the ongoing S/4 upgrade and the S/4 Logistics run-
support team, ensuring high-quality execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP functional foundation with demonstrated progression into project
leadership roles, along with extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex SAP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management:
• Lead day-to-day project activities for the Logistics/EWM workstream within the S/4 upgrade program.
• Oversee and coordinate the S/4 Logistics run support team, ensuring timely delivery of incidents,
enhancements, and operational commitments.
• Drive end-to-end project execution across key phases including blueprint, design, build, testing
(SIT/UAT), cutover, conversion, and hypercare.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, resource allocations, risks, issues,
and mitigation strategies.
• Deliver consistent project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary contact for business and IT leadership across Logistics/EWM scopes.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, stand-ups, and milestone checkpoints.
• Provide clear, proactive communication of project updates, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, BAs, testers, and cross-functional project
teams.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior and mid-level SAP team members.
• Encourage team cohesion and alignment across global delivery teams.
Cutover & Go-Live Management:
• Lead cutover planning, execution, readiness reviews, and conversion activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, data migration teams, and technical teams
to ensure smooth go-live and hypercare stabilization.
