Salary: CAD 155,250  per annum

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) initiatives that support global business operations and align with organizational technology and business objectives.
  • Direct cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, IT resources, external vendors, and project teams to ensure the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple regions.
  • Provide strategic oversight for sales, logistics, warehouse management, pricing, billing, customer service, and system integration processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with corporate standards.
  • Manage project priorities, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation activities while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Apply specialized knowledge of the company’s proprietary SAP architecture, customized business processes, system integrations, pricing models, and client-specific operational requirements to support business-critical initiatives and decision-making.
  • Oversee solution design, system enhancements, and integration activities involving SAP SD, SAP EWM, Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and third-party applications, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to functional consultants, technical teams, and business users by reviewing solution designs, resolving complex issues, supporting testing and deployment activities, and promoting continuous process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, technical documentation, implementation standards, and knowledge transfer activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align IT strategy with business goals, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the ongoing reliability, performance, and optimization of enterprise SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, commerce, or engineering (master’s degree an asset)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis, enterprise software implementation, or application support, including supervisory or team lead experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts using structured methodologies (e.g., SAP ASAP / Activate, SAP Best Practices)
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients in an application management services (AMS) or shared services model
  • Experience in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, food, or electronics environments an asset
  • In-depth functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), including configuration through IMG and design of pricing procedures to business requirements
  • Working knowledge of SD integration with FI, MM, LE, PP, QM, and CO-PA
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori applications, and SAP analytics tools
  • Ability to author Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and technical specifications for custom objects, interfaces, forms, and reports (EDI, IDoc, ABAP-based developments)
  • Experience with third-party logistics integration via EDI/IDoc across order, delivery, and invoicing processes
  • Experience designing data migration templates and executing cutover for customer/business partner master, pricing master, and open sales order data from legacy to target systems
  • Experience developing and executing test scenarios and cases across unit, integration, regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the work of technical and functional staff
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed team.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
