Job Description

• 10+ years of working experience.
• Oversee Staffing team and Recruitment – temporary/consultants and full-time workers with liaising
with pillar leads for interviewing as well as legal for contracting and reporting

• Managing and overseeing Onboarding team who does coordination with departments for client
access and CloudLabs, setting check-ins, i95 and work permit stuff (for US and Canada),
employment agreement executions benefits explaining and welcome kit and laptop arrangement
etc.
• Creating and implementing policies as may be required by country’s respective employment laws
or labour laws – it could involve finding experts and coordinating with them and then Implementing
those including drafting of policies specific to CloudLabs and implementing them through entire
company.
• Organizing AHOD and other internal communication/ Team building initiatives create forums and
clubs. Reviewing Ongoing org chart maintenance and working with company website to ensure org
structure is accurate.
• Ongoing management of leave policies including company holidays and tracking, birthday wishes
and other awards execution.
• Start and manage companywide Trainings – arranging and calling for spoken/written English or
technical or other workshops and having employees present or hold Ted talks etc. Organize training
initiatives online so that people can sign up during their lunchtimes etc.
• Talent management performance evaluations – setting up the whole process and working with
finance and all departments for raises and promotions. Succession planning for top management
• Oversee Offboarding exit interviews and access removals, final settlement, experience letter etc.
• Coordinating with immigration attorneys or consultants including finding an immigration expert in
any new country. Completing Green card or perm as well as visa renewal requirements.
• Oversee Maintaining Documentation by employee and Compliance with laws – in all 3 countries.

• Temporary employees related tracking and paperwork management.
• Review and recommend Employee benefits or company programs we could buy by country
including and getting them implemented for all employees
