• Strong expertise in HRSD, Service Portal development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and workflow

• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS/ServiceNow UI framework skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and scoped application development.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5–10 years of platform development experience
and hands‐on, end‐to‐end implementation expertise in the Alumni Service Center/Alumni Service Hub module.
The ideal candidate will lead configuration, custom development, workflow design, integrations, and solution
delivery within the Alumni Service Center, working closely with HR and IT stakeholders to drive seamless alumni
lifecycle processes. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong HRSD experience, and the ability to
translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and high‐performing ServiceNow solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead or support full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow Alumni Service Center/Hub—including
design, development, testing, deployment, and post‐go‐live support.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to define alumni processes and deliver intuitive, modern user
experiences across the platform.
• Configure and customize Service Portal elements such as widgets, UI pages, themes, and module
components tailored to alumni services.
• Develop client/server-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, catalog items, record producers, and
advanced workflows to support alumni operations.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and leverage IntegrationHub to automate workflows and
ensure seamless data orchestration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to alumni service flows, Service Portal functionality,
and platform integrations while ensuring performance and security.
• Conduct requirement‐gathering sessions, document technical solutions, provide demos, and act as a
trusted advisor to HR, IT, and cross‐functional stakeholders.
