• Experience with SAP CPI Consultant and SAP Successfactors
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Gateways
• Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, and Groovy

Process & Business Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and validate business and integration requirements
• Document processes, workflows, and integration designs (GSM)
• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Integration Development
• Design, develop, and implement SAP CPI solutions
• Develop and maintain iFlows, mappings, adapters, and configurations
• Implement interfaces using HTTP, SOAP, OData, SFTP, FTP, Mail, JMS, SuccessFactors
• Develop secure web service–based integrations
• Perform message mapping and XSLT transformations
• Use Groovy and Java scripting for custom logic
• Handle data formats: XML, JSON, CSV, EDI
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams
• Follow SAP CPI best practices and standards
SuccessFactors Integrations
• Integrate Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management
• Work with Compound Employee API (SFAPI) and SF OData APIs
• Handle EC Multiple Employment scenarios (Transfers, Global Assignments, Concurrent
Employment)
• Develop SuccessFactors inbound interfaces (EC, Employee Profile)
• Manage EC organizational data integrations
• Integrate SuccessFactors with HRIS, Payroll, Time, and Recruiting systems
Testing & Deployment
• Support Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities
• Identify and resolve defects and integration issues
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
