Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role.
• Experience in system testing preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors’s HR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT Systems (CPI and EAI)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) Business Analyst to
join HRIT team.
As a CPI Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our
HR processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Business and Vendors)
to build out requirements, perform testing and coordinate productionalizaton for new HR integrations
between SAP SuccessFactors and vendor systems that align with our business objectives.

 

Process Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Assist developers in performing Unit Testing
• Perform System Testing.
• Coordinate UAT Testing between Client and target systems
• Coordinate productionalization between client and its target systems.
• Document new processes and workflows, ensuring they are efficient and scalable. (GSM).
Project Management:
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success via unit testing.
Support and Daily Administration:
• Participate in run support activities as needed to help identify integration issues
• Document daily activities in Jira board, communicating any roadblocks or needs in daily
standups.
