Job Location: Canada – Remote
VISA Status: Canada Citizen or PR Holder (having B1/B2 US Visa is added advantage)
Start Date: Immediate or 15 Days
Responsibilities
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into
Salesforce, Slack, and Agentforce solutions
• Design end-to-end business processes leveraging Salesforce, Slack workflows, and
Agentforce AI agents
• Lead functional solution design, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and
acceptance criteria
• Provide thought leadership on conversational interfaces, automation, and AI-driven service
or sales workflows
• Support UAT, change management, training, and post-go-live adoption
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex (as needed), Lightning components,
and integrations
• Design and implement Slack integrations with Salesforce (alerts, workflows, bots,
notifications, approvals)
• Implement and configure Agentforce for intelligent case handling, automation, and AIassisted workflows

• Collaborate with architects on system integration, security, data models, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce, Slack, and
Agentforce
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
• Minimum 1 successful project involving Slack integration and Agentforce implementation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience
Cloud, or Platform
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, automation, and declarative development
• Solid understanding of Slack APIs, workflows, and Salesforce-Slack connectivity
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI-driven solutions, conversational agents, or intelligent automation
• Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience working with enterprise or regulated clients
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Certifications (Required or Strongly Preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce PD1
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Slack Admin/Developer/Consultant (preferred but not mandatory)
• Salesforce Certified Agent force Specialist
