Role Overview:
• We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant who can independently lead and
deliver Finance & Controlling (FICO) projects end-to-end.
• The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving solution design,
implementation, and post-go-live support.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across SAP FI (Finance) and SAP CO (Controlling)
modules, strong integration skills, and the ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and
mentor junior consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience with at least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations as a
lead consultant.
• Strong expertise in both FI and CO modules with ability to lead complex design discussions.
• Solid knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, cutover, and testing.
• Experience in S/4HANA Finance (preferred) including Universal Journal and Central Finance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and lead projects without close
supervision.
• Professional certification in SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design,
configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements, analyze processes, and
propose best-practice solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, New GL, Closing
Cockpit).
• Configure and optimize SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting,
Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Manage integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM) to ensure seamless end-to-end
processes.
• Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical
teams.
• Lead testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and manage defect resolution.
• Provide cutover planning, data migration support, and go-live readiness.
• Drive post-go-live stabilization and support, ensuring smooth business adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance processes and compliance requirements
(IFRS,GAAP, local taxation, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on the team.
